Messages are shared among companies, stores, and FOMAC operations. Operations may read message bodies and post messages as needed for matching support, negotiation support, and safe service operation. Authorized personnel within operations access messages for business purposes.
4. Retention Period
We do not retain personal information beyond the period required by law and necessary for service operation. Detailed retention periods will be finalized after owner review.
5. Your Rights
You may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of your personal information. Contact our inquiry desk to make a request.
6. International Use
Because the service is designed for matching with overseas stores, your personal information may be accessed from outside Japan. Users outside Japan consent to this by using the service.
